Everglades Equipment Group is hiring a Content Creator to help us grow our brand and educate customers through engaging, high-quality video content. From farms to job sites, you’ll tell real stories, showcase real equipment, and help customers understand how John Deere products can transform their work.
What You’ll Do

Travel across Florida to film on-location with our sales team and customers
Shoot, edit, and produce videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Collaborate with our marketing team to turn ideas into action—fast
Optimize videos with smart titles, descriptions, and thumbnails (YouTube SEO)
Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling techniques
Create both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (Reels, Shorts) content
Manage footage, upload schedules, and content libraries
We’re Looking for Someone Who

Knows how to shoot clean, compelling footage—even in tough outdoor settings
Is confident editing in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
Understands how to build an audience and create content that drives action
Is organized, independent, and excited to travel often
Stays up to date on social trends, gear, and platform updates
Can comfortably operate solo or as part of a lean team
Bonus Points If You

Have experience with gear-heavy industries (agriculture, construction, etc.)
Can script, storyboard, or guide on-camera interviews
Know how to analyze video performance and iterate quickly
