Evergreen Academy is seeking passionate Montessori educators who guide their students in meaningful work while providing a prepared environment that facilitates student-led learning and freedom with responsibility.

Job Description:

• Lead a team of Montessori teachers in implementing the curriculum and daily operations of the primary classroom.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with school-wide initiatives and goals.
• Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth in students.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor student progress, assess needs, and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and classroom events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Montessori certification (AMI or AMS) and experience teaching in a Montessori setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Passion for Montessori education and commitment to ongoing professional development.
