Position Overview:

As a Line Cook at The Club At Weston Hills, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that delight our members and guests. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the timely and accurate execution of our menu items while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and mise en place of ingredients for service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all orders are completed promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and effective service.
• Monitor and manage inventory, reporting any shortages or equipment issues.
• Contribute to the development of new menu items and daily specials.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Culinary degree or relevant experience preferred.
