Job Title: AVP, Marketing

Department: Digital Marketing

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: We are seeking a talented and highly organized AVP - Marketing to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage a variety of digital and traditional marketing efforts, helping us connect with customers and promote Evergreen Bank Group’s products and services. You will work closely with multiple departments to develop, execute, and track marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Digital Marketing Coordination:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Assist with building customer journeys to drive engagement and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Assist with updating website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data.
  • Help manage social media content and online presence to support brand visibility and engagement.

2. Traditional Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate with branch managers on local sponsorships, events, and advertising efforts (e.g., Tribune ads, customer appreciation events). Some weekend availability required.
  • Track and manage marketing sponsorships, donations, and community outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with vendors on print materials and other traditional marketing needs.

3. Graphic Design and Creative Development:

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create or update marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Assist with the design and development of email templates and marketing collateral.

4. Marketing Operations and Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
  • Track and monitor budgets related to marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
  • Organize and maintain marketing calendars to keep campaigns and initiatives on schedule.
  • Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.

5. Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Work closely with departments such as Compliance, Commercial/Consumer Lending, IT, and Treasury Management to align marketing efforts with business goals. Periodic travel between branches.
  • Partner with product owners to develop marketing strategies for specific products or services, such as Online Savings Accounts, Checking Accounts, and Debit Cards.

6. Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Track the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives using key performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

7. Brand and Content Management:

  • Ensure that all digital and traditional marketing materials align with Evergreen Bank Group’s brand standards.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, such as newsletters and compliance updates.
  • Write and develop engaging content for the website, blog, and other digital or traditional channels to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and traditional marketing efforts (Bank/Financial Institution preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email marketing platforms (preferred).
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working with vendors and coordinating events or sponsorships.
