Job Description
The Evergreen Center is seeking Residential Counselors responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans.
Responsibilities include the case management of one individual, the collection and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas, thesupervision of instructional activities in the residence and community settings, and the monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
