Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited RN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Specific Job Requirements
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and patient monitoring.
- Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support patients in post-acute care settings and assist with daily living activities.
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- On a daily basis you must be able to assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Maintain CPR certification and perform basic life support as needed.
