Essential Functions
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, including alternative delivery methods for construction initiatives.
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and revenue growth plans.
- Help manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Support the development of presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership.
- Promote a high-performance culture through collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute insights to long-term business goals.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
- Required Bachelor's Degree Business, Construction Management, Engineering or similar is required
- Required 1 years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or business operations.
- Preferred Experience supporting large-scale, multi-agency projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial tracking.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams and external partners.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Experience in problem solving at both a strategic and tactic level.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization to accomplish customer satisfaction.
- Valid Driver's license required
- Travel is primarily local during business day; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required
- Works in a variety of conditions
- Ability to work in extreme conditions including rain, snow, heat and cold
- Ability to work in construction job sites
- Travels to and traverses job site(s), which can include asphalt, gravel, hills, slopes and uneven terrain
- Possess excellent stamina to work between 8-12 hours per day
- Uses iPads, laptops and cellular phones daily
- Works at a computer as well as on job sites
