Job Overview

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
  • LBA
  • Experience working as a BCBA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

$2500 Sign on Bonus

Job Type: Part-Time/Full Time/Salary/Hourly

$90-$120 Hourly

$100,000- $120,000 Salary subject to billable requirement. Opportunity for low billable required salary positions with hourly upside.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the behavioral needs of clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-based practices.
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collect and analyze research data to inform treatment decisions and improve service delivery.
  • Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
  • Advocate for the needs of clients within the special education system and community resources.

Skills

  • Great work ethic and team player
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities.
  • Proficient in patient assessment methodologies.
  • Knowledge of special education processes and regulations.
  • Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to collect and analyze research data effectively.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities in various settings.
  • Strong medical documentation skills to ensure compliance with industry standards.
