Responsibilities
The Data and Privacy Protection Manager will support the Privacy Office in maintaining and maturing eversanas privacy program to minimize risk and maintain the confidentiality of personal data on a global basis. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in developing and/or maintaining privacy-related policies and procedures
• Providing support for implementation of new privacy laws and requirements
• Assisting with data subject requests, as needed
• Participating in the Core Privacy Team and supporting incident investigations of all potential privacy incidents, including documentation and investigation, root cause analysis, and HIPAA breach analysis
• Conducting privacy risk assessments to identify potential privacy non-compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Information Security, Quality, Compliance to embed privacy-related requirements within new and existing processes, projects, and teams
• Working with Data Privacy Champions to raise awareness of privacy throughout the organization
• Assisting the business with documenting Records of Processing activities
• Assisting the DPO with embedding a Privacy By Design framework through working knowledge of IT applications, infrastructure, and architecture to reduce data privacy risk
• Assessing privacy risk in Artificial Intelligence projects or platforms
• Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies in related field or equivalent work experience required
• Experience with data privacy platforms such as OneTrust
• Ability to travel less than 10% per year

• Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living)
