Who you are:
- You have at least 7 years of experience in an executive support or partnership role, preferably in a high-growth environment, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership teams.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
- You are proficient in Google Suite and Slack, with additional experience in Salesforce and SalesLoft being a plus.
- You are known for your professionalism, confidentiality, and sound decision-making in high-stakes situations.
- You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and following through on tasks.
- You are a proactive collaborator, able to balance competing demands with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- You will provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership team, handling sensitive matters with discretion.
- You will coordinate meetings, manage email correspondence, and create presentations for senior leaders.
- You will prepare agendas, data, and resources to ensure leaders are well-prepared for meetings.
- You will follow up with clients as needed, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- You will take full responsibility for managing the calendars of senior leaders, prioritizing meetings, and understanding the impacts of changes.
- You will ensure leaders have the necessary meeting details and manage all scheduling requests efficiently.
- You will manage all aspects of executive travel, balancing efficiency and cost.
- You will monitor changes in travel schedules and ensure all travel documents are up-to-date.
- You will handle timely submission of expenses and assist in overall expense tracking.
- We offer competitive compensation, the range for this role is $85K - $95K, we also cover 80% of your healthcare premium, we're a remote first environment with no plans to return to office, and our best happiness and well-being perks are valued at $25K.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
