Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize calendars and appointments.


• Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.


• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.


• Handle correspondence and maintain communication channels.


• Perform basic bookkeeping and track expenses.


• Conduct research and compile information for reports.


• Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
