Job Description:
We are seeking a driven yet compassionate Medical Sales Representative to join our growing national team. This is a commission-based 1099 position with the potential to transition into a salaried role for the right candidate. The ideal individual is a motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and a genuine compassion for patients facing chronic wound challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including and not limited to, physicians, APRN’s, wound care specialists, clinics.ALF, SNF, hospitals & rehabs.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote products to healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Represent Evo Biologix at conferences, meetings, and other industry events as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Drive sales growth within your designated territory by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Manage accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility in the market.
  • Provide exceptional client relations and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge of products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Genuine compassion for patients suffering from chronic wounds.
  • Experience in technical sales is a plus; familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Understand and comply with HIPPA, STARK and Anti-Kickbacks rules and regulations.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite and other relevant software for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
