Graphic Designer

Position Summary:
EVO Medical Spa is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing visual content for our advertising and promotional campaigns. As the graphic designer, you will work closely with the marketing and operations team to create eye-catching and results-driven designs that reflect our mission of healing through modern and whole-person approaches to wellness. Responsibilities:

• Develop and design compelling advertising materials for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Create promotional content, including flyers, banners, email graphics, and website visuals, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that highlight EVO Medical Spa’s services, promotions, and events.
• Produce visual content for social media, including posts, stories, reels, and ads tailored to engage our target audience.
• Design in-spa materials such as brochures, signage, and service menus.
• Work with team members to develop branding materials for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with EVO Medical Spa’s mission and aesthetics.
• Maintain and update existing marketing assets as needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends and industry standards to ensure content remains innovative and competitive.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity in advertising and promotional content.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Excellent knowledge of social media content creation and best practices.
• Ability to take direction and feedback while bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the medical spa or wellness industry is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing or animation software is a plus.
• Familiarity with website design tools, such as WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, PPC, and analytics).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
