This job contributes to Evolution Fresh’s success by operating processing and packaging machinery in conformance with specifications. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will…
- Operate food processing and packaging equipment while adhering to the daily production schedule.
- Utilize Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT’s) to transport pallets of drums, raw material, and equipment.
- Coach and mentor peers to ensure their development and understanding of current and new technologies. Serves as a training mentor and assesses training needs of team members and provides feedback to the supervisor.
- Complies with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Provides in depth knowledge on areas to amend processes.
- Gather, record and report on operational and quality metrics, through manual and automated systems.
- Work in both a collaborative team setting and individually to accomplish projects and daily tasks.

We’d love to hear from people with:
- Progressive experience with computer programs/systems, 2 Years
- Food Manufacturing Experience, 1 Years
- Powered Industrial Truck Experience (Stand-Up Counterbalance, Reach Trucks, Propane Lifts), 1 Years
- Familiarity with Brand Reputation Compliance (BRC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards.
- Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor machine failures and make minor adjustments.
