We are looking for an experienced Home Health Aide to join our patient care team and provide home health aide services to patients in their primary residence. Qualifications

Responsibilities for Home Health Aide

• Provide health care services in patient’s residence.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with patient’s personal care activities.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc. and report on their condition.

Qualifications for Home Health Aide

• Proven experience as home health aide.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens.
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
• Nursing and health care administration skills.
• Caring and compassionate personality.

Experience and Education for Home Health Aide

• Experience in providing home health aide services to patients in a residential setting or similar environment.
  • Current Home Health Aide license for the state of operation.
