Evolve Chiropractic is one of the fastest growing chiropractic organizations in Northern Illinois. We have added several new offices in the last 12 months and are continuing to expand. Our team uses safe, evidence-based Chiropractic techniques, along with modern technology, to help alleviate headaches, neck pain, back pain, muscular tension, and much more.
Pay is based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with therapies
- Maintain office flow
- Assist Office Manager
- Perform new patient exams per Evolve standards
- Perform given tasks by the lead doctor
- Follow all Evolve Chiropractic policies and protocols
- Maintain a clean office (front desk and common areas)
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Assist in the promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients
- Communicate the benefits of chiropractic
- Creates excellent patient experience through friendly and helpful attitude
- Reliable, on time attendance
- Attends all scheduled shifts; is prompt to work and works entire scheduled shift
- Completes chart documentation accurately if required by lead doctor
Education, Skills and Training:
- Knowledge of computers and applications on computers
Communications and Personal Interactions:
- Have a strong customer service orientation
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with patients, guests, co-workers and management
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Applicants must be reliable, self-sufficient, hard working and energetic
- Passionate about health and wellness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
