Help lead one of the most ambitious human spaceflight programs of the decade. We are looking for a Deputy LTVS Program Manager to support the development and delivery of a crew-capable Lunar Terrain Vehicle targeted for the lunar surface by 2029. This role is central to driving program execution, aligning technical teams, and ensuring mission readiness in a fast-moving engineering environment.

- Support program leadership across schedule, budget, milestones, and technical objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between engineering groups
- Manage milestone reviews, stakeholder feedback, and readiness criteria
- Track program KPIs and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
- Interface with NASA and external partners
- Lead internal meetings, surface risks, resolve blockers, and improve program processes
- Maintain program documentation, reporting accuracy, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 15 years of technical project or program management experience
- Background in Class A spaceflight, human spaceflight, or human-rated systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with scope, schedule, budget management, and subcontractor coordination
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Jira
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams
- U.S. Person
- PMP or similar certification
- Experience as a cost account manager or with earned value management
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering
