Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of program development from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with technical, schedule, quality, and financial objectives.
- Consult with executive management to set and achieve program goals while influencing strategic company objectives.
- Direct proposal development, business planning, and negotiations, ensuring excellence in technical leadership and talent management.
- Act as the primary customer interface, overseeing program reviews and resolving challenges to optimize program outcomes.
- Master's or PhD in engineering, science, or related technical field.
- 15 years of progressive program administration experience, including significant spacecraft program management.
- Experience leading large teams and managing complex space hardware programs.
- Strong technical expertise, program management skills, and the ability to innovate solutions to complex problems.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance preferred.
