We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead a growing global team responsible for driving new business, scaling existing accounts, and embedding a performance-driven culture across regions. This player-coach role will drive process, CRM usage, pipeline forecasting, and performance across the sales org, while staying close to customers and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and growing a sales team across multiple regions
- Building scalable sales processes, improving pitch, and reducing close cycles
- Owning performance management, forecasting, and sales targets
- Collaborating closely with Sales Engineering and Marketing
- Staying hands-on with key accounts while mentoring your team
Key Requirements:
- Experience growing a B2B sales function in hardware, SaaS, or comms tech
- Strong player-coach mindset - you lead from the front
- Proven track record scaling revenue and process from early stage
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) and data-driven leadership
- Bonus: experience in drone tech, RF, or component-level sales
