What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading firmware development across satellite vehicle systems and test infrastructure
- Designing and implementing embedded software in C/C and Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Collaborating cross-functionally with hardware, systems, and scientific teams
- Building and executing robust test plans to ensure flight-readiness
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical direction
- 8 years in embedded firmware (ideally aerospace or high-reliability systems)
- Strong skills in C/C , with FPGA development (Verilog) a big plus
- Experience with real-time control systems, Linux system programming, and TI microcontrollers (C2000, MSP430)
- Confident in CI/CD environments, version control, and documentation
- US citizenship or permanent residency required due to project scope
