Do you want to make an impact on the future of Earth observation? We’re looking for a Senior Spacecraft Thermal Engineer to take ownership of thermal design, analysis, and testing for next-generation satellites. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be involved in every phase of the spacecraft lifecycle—from early design through assembly, test, and launch.

What You’ll Do

• Lead spacecraft thermal design and ensure mission-critical environments are maintained throughout all phases of operation
• Build and maintain detailed thermal models, performing steady-state and transient analysis for real orbital conditions
• Develop and implement thermal control strategies using passive and active techniques
• Support integration and test activities, including thermal vacuum (TVAC) campaigns and correlation of thermal models
• Collaborate with systems, avionics, payload, and mechanical teams to integrate thermal considerations into overall design
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 7 years of spacecraft thermal engineering experience with multiple satellite lifecycles
• Expertise in orbital thermal environments and LEO mission constraints
• Proficiency in tools such as Thermal Desktop (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in model development, correlation, and environmental testing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with cross-functional teams
