Systems Administrator | Full-Time | On-site (Midland, Texas) | $80K–$110K RSUs Relocation Support
We’re supporting a fast-growing space-tech company building one of the most ambitious satellite networks on the planet - and they’re now hiring a Systems Administrator to take ownership of their configuration management tools and processes.
This is a strategic but hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, systems, and product data.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage admin for the company
- Drive engineering change, document control, and part lifecycle workflows
- Own configuration data across PLM, ERP, CAD, and MES
- Deliver training and support to engineering users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system health and data accuracy
- Report on key metrics and implement process improvements
What You’ll Need:
- Proven admin-level experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage
- Background in change management, configuration control, and product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of PLM/ERP/MES workflows
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to lead and support system-level decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and IT
Location:
On-site in Midland, TX (relocation strongly supported)
Package Includes:
- $750/month living stipend
- $75/week food allowance
