What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Evoque Communications?
Evoque Communications is seeking a part-time, contract Marketing Manager in support of several client accounts. This is an ongoing, remote position (Colorado or California preferred) estimated at 10 /- hours per week to start (may vary slightly month-to-month) with the potential to expand over time.
Pay range: Hourly Rate DOE
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
· 10 years of marketing/communications work experience preferred.
· Experience working with multiple client accounts and interfacing directly with senior client staff.
· Broad range of expertise in email marketing, SEO/website development, blogs, social media, digital advertising, and other core marketing/communications areas.
· Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines for different clients.
· Ability to work with a team of remote professionals, communicating primarily via ZOOM, email, Slack.
· Knowledge of/experience with environmental issues (esp. drinking water) and racket sports (esp. tennis/pickleball) preferred but not required.
Job Duties:
· Plan, strategize and coordinate a wide range of marketing and communications projects for private, nonprofit and public sector clients.
· Coordinate projects/deliverables with internal and external team members.
· Direct (and contribute to) the development of newsletters, marketing emails, blogs posts, website content, social media campaigns, etc.
· Create and edit digital marketing materials (blog posts, marketing emails, website content, etc.) in various client platforms including MailChimp, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.
· Edit/proofread written content and digital marketing materials created by other team members.
· Create digital and social media ad campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta ads.
· Monitor, evaluate and optimize all marketing campaigns using a variety of reporting tools (Agency Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
· Plan and coordinate events, including conferences and grand openings.
· Monitor and respond to client email accounts as needed.
· Track time by project/client using digital timesheet.
