We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Production Specialist to join our team. This role combines technical proficiency in graphic design tools with an acute attention to detail. The Graphic Production Specialist will focus primarily on accurately entering and formatting information into pre-designed templates for food product labels, sales sheets, and other marketing or operational materials. While creative direction is provided, this position requires a keen eye for precision and consistency, ensuring all materials align with established brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Input and format text, images, and other content into pre-existing Adobe Illustrator templates for product labels, sales sheets, and related materials.
• Review and proofread content for accuracy, including product information, nutritional data, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with established brand standards and formatting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory, and production, to verify the accuracy of all details before finalizing files.
• Prepare and package production-ready files for printing or digital distribution.
• Conduct minor updates or adjustments to templates as needed, ensuring design integrity.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and file preparation for print and digital media.
• Prior experience working with product labels or in a regulated industry (e.g., food, cosmetics) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Preferred Skills:
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for food labeling (e.g., FDA guidelines).
• Experience with data entry and proofreading.
