Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect / AI Architect with strong expertise in contact center implementations, particularly Genesys platforms, and hands-on experience with Agentic AI solutions. The role involves designing, architecting, and leading end-to-end intelligent contact center transformations using AI-driven automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable contact center solutions using Genesys (Cloud CX / Engage).
- Lead end-to-end implementation of contact center platforms, including integrations with CRM, IVR, chat, and voice systems.
- Define and implement Agentic AI architectures for use cases such as virtual agents, intelligent routing, automation, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical architecture and solution designs.
- Drive AI use cases including chatbots, voice bots, NLP, NLU, sentiment analysis, and conversation intelligence.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Support POCs, solution demos, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of overall IT experience with strong architecture background.
- Proven experience in contact center solutions and Genesys implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage, IVR, ACD, and omnichannel solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Agentic AI concepts in contact centers.
- Experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience with API integrations, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
