Foreman Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the safety and field labor on assigned project
• Foreman project scope around $750K
• General Foreman project scope $750K – 5M with 8 to 20 crew members
• Quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities
• Review and plan appropriate material procurement for assigned project
• Ability to run a project according to planned productivity budget
• Complete layout of electrical distribution, power, lighting, and all special systems for assigned project
• Review project schedule daily with notations of any delays, changes, or deficiencies to the project management team
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop lead journeymen, journeymen, and apprentices
• Lead by example and challenge all employees to achieve excellence

Foreman Role Description:

This full-time onsite position will oversee daily operations in the field, including managing and supervising field crews, ensuring safety and code regulations are followed and monitoring project progress.

Salary: Based on prior Foreman or General Foreman experience

Foreman: $40 - $44 per hour

General Foreman: $45 – $55 per hour

Required Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Texas Journeyman or Master’s License
• Must have experience in large scale commercial and multi-family projects
• Knowledge and compliance of safety regulations and procedures
• Knowledge and compliance of the NEC
• Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Must be able to work full-time and overtime if required
• Demonstrate ability to manage and understand project budget with project manager

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring
• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
