Job Summary:
The Referral & Scheduling Coordinator represents Exceed Medical and performs administrative duties remotely or in-office, ensuring all patient referrals and appointments are accurately processed, scheduled, and tracked. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of insurance requirements and clinical scheduling protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in medical office, referrals, and/or insurance verification preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with electronic health records and referral platforms is a plus.
