Day Porter Position – Bronx
Responsibilities:
· Sweep the shopping center parking lot and parking garage.
· Sidewalk sweeping and trash removal.
· Trash removal in grass areas and flower beds.
· Street curb sweeping and trash removal.
· Bathroom cleaning and restocking of supplies.
· Carpet vacuuming.
· Mopping of all hard surface floors.
· Window and glass cleaning.
· Graffiti removal.
· Painting.
· Handyman work.
Understanding of English and Spanish languages.
Location: Bruckner Blvd. and White Plains Road.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,360.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
