Summary
The Solutions Coordinator supports on-time service within client specifications and standard operating procedures for Excel’s Solutions clients. They proactively coordinate appropriate driver levels, necessary training, scheduling, and material resources. They help recruit new vendors and source new opportunities. They facilitate the onboarding of both customers and vendors and ensure administrative compliance regarding scope of work, communication, and billing documentation.
This role is on-site in Sterling, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)

- Performs the day-to-day administrative work directly related to the operations servicing our Solutions clients.
- Conducts work site visits to ensure compliance with customer SOPs.
- Coordinates all driver assignments including back-ups as required.
- Proactively coordinates necessary training and materials resources.
- Exercises independent judgement when addressing performance-related issues and client concerns; creating acceptable problem resolution and keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Coordinates continuous process improvement to ensure client satisfaction.
- Creates clear and timely communication channels with all stakeholders to address performance issues, procedural updates, and changes in client requirements.
- Maintains accurate vendor records in all applicable systems.
- Develops a relationship of trust and integrity with our clients.
- Prepares and submits reports on work activities as required.
