Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 1 IT Administrator to join their team onsite in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Perform basic repairs of PCs and laptops
Manage PC inventory room while registering newly received PCs with asset tags into client system
Process defective PC repair through PC repair service vendor
Disposal of aged PC / hard drives through disposal vendor, and remove asset from the client database
Provide phone and email user support and new hire status updates to HR
Deployment and retrieval of PCs to users and Tier 1 IT at onsite / remote offices
Provide support for and maintenance of printers
Experience using Microsoft Excel for database management, creating charts and pivot tables
24.00 - $25.00 per hour
