We are looking for a qualified Level 1 Deskside Technician who will provide end user support to the client community.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix, and end user support activities as required
Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image
Complete special projects as requested
Follow asset management policy and procedure
Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of desk side support service experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
Strong customer support and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
30.00 - $32.00 per hour
