We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our organization's network infrastructure.
This role requires a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of network architecture and best practices to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable network solutions, including VPN, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and cloud network and storage.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize virtual environments on-premises and in the cloud.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Develop strategies for the storage, backup, and archival of all enterprise data including third-party applications.
- Configure and manage network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Implement and maintain network security measures and encryption protocols in collaboration with security and business partners.
- Conduct regular network assessments, vulnerability tests, and audits.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support servers, storage, and enterprise applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Entra, Defender, Intune, SharePoint, etc.
- Manage and maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration details.
