Duties
- Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to established standards and customer specifications
- Package meat products efficiently while maintaining freshness and presentation quality
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about cuts and preparation methods, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Follow proper knife skills techniques to maximize efficiency and safety during meat processing
- Support inventory management by rotating stock, restocking displays, and noting product shortages or quality issues
Qualifications
