Exceptional Wellness, Inc is seeking a El Paso-based Behavioral Health Case Manager for our community based mental health organization in to serve as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) to children and their families. Our QMHP-CS services follow a strengths-based, client-centered model that will help develop and build skills that enable the child and family to function autonomously and successfully. The QMHP-CS will collaborate regularly with the clinical team (therapists, psychiatrist, addiction counselors, and the director of clinical operations) in developing a tailored treatment plan that is focused on the child and family's key needs.
The treatment plan will address all behaviors that have been identified by the family and child and take into account any collateral information. The QMHP-CS will also provide the family with any case management assistance that will benefit the overall wellbeing of the child and family unit.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- ANSA & CANS certifications (Required)
- Master’s degree in a social science related discipline such as Sociology, Psychology, Education, or Social Work (Preferred, not required)
- QMHP-CS certification (Preferred, but if you have at least 30 combined hours of college level psychology credits, please apply)
- ABA Autism experience (RBT, BCBA) (Preferred, not required)
- Ability to pass background check
- At least two years of prior experience working in the behavioral health field or a closely related field
- Ability to support our agency's culture of excellence through communication, accountability, and positivity
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently with minimal daily oversight
- Ability to establish rapport and work with children and families
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Well organized and adaptable
- Problem solver mentality
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom, Google Suite, and other software applications

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
