We are seeking an individual who will whole-heartedly take responsibility for ensuring Hotel Drover successfully delivers Legendary Service to every guest, every day.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Assist room attendants; including but not limited to stripping room linen and removing trash.
- Remove dirty linen and trash from room throughout the day and restock linen and towels in checked out rooms.
- Transport dirty linen from departed rooms to designated area.
- Responsible for maintaining all corridors, picking up trash and debris from floors including but not limited to vacuuming corridors and stairways, and guest rooms.
- Key player in maintaining storerooms clean, free of trash, and always organized.
- Dust and wipe down all fire doors, alarms, extinguishers, baseboards, and trash cans.
- Responsible for sweeping and mopping service areas daily.
- Deliver any requested items to the guest rooms promptly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
MUST HAVES:
- Passion for creating an amazing experience for our guests.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Available to work a varied scheduled including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
