Essential responsibilities include:
- Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- Serve as a departmental role model, and assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, coaching, and motivating team members.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
- Communicate accordingly with the front desk and concierge regarding guest’s bookings and other requests.
- Support team to reach common goals.
- Comply with service standards and quality expectations.
- Conduct and log monthly vehicle mileage and damage inspections.
- Handle guest luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Track guest movement and communicate with housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant.
- Coordinate transportation requirements for arrivals, departures, and drives to town throughout the day.
- Complete a daily transportation log sheet.
- Maintain awareness of non-guests on property premises and communicate with Security, if necessary.
- Learn names, preferences, and planned activities of guests to anticipate upcoming needs for either transportation or valet pulls.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Strong prioritization and organization skills.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Thoughtful communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration and providing administrative support.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Opera PMS experience preferred.
- Marriott MGS Bonvoy experience preferred.
