Position Summary
Exchange State Bank is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this full-time position would be someone seeking long-term employment. They must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to process transactions quickly and accurately. This person will be expected to follow bank policies and procedures and be able to talk to customers about bank products and services.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Greeting customers
· Making deposits
· Handling withdrawals
· Reconciling cash drawer
· Issuing cashier checks to bank customers
· Complete mailings as needed, handle incoming mail and night deposit
· Balance ATM(s) and replenish cash at the ATM
· Opening new accounts
· Assisting bank customers with on-line banking questions
· Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED
· Previous Teller experience a plus, but will train
· Strong Customer Service Skills
· Professional appearance
· Must be able to walk/travel to our ATM’s.
· Have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Have basic IT/Network problem solving ability
