Operations Crew Scheduler
The crew scheduler will work within an operations scheduling team to ensure all aircraft are crewed to ensure maximum utilization of fleet. The crew scheduler will monitor positioning days to ensure travel is arranged and all travel aspects are addressed for the selected crew member. This position requires weekend, on-call rotation and potential holiday work.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain flight crew schedules for Part 135 airline operations
- Verifies all schedules are accurate and posted in a timely manner
- Coordinates with Pilots, Flight Managers and Operations regarding scheduling, operational issues, and etc.
- Track pilot vacation, paid time off (PTO) and training to ensure schedule efficiency
- Verifying legality of pilot flight and duty times while scheduling flight crews
- Assists the Travel Coordinator in booking of all travel accommodations for flight crew, operations, and maintenance departments
- Coordinates and assists in scheduling of initial and recurrent pilot training
- Serves as a back up to all duties of the Travel Coordinator
- Book travel due to flight schedule changes and/or weather/emergency situations.
- To plan, release and monitor flights in accordance with applicable Federal regulations and Flyexclusive policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:
- A demonstrated track record of fulfilling client demands and tight deadlines.
- Position requires confidence in making decisions for immediate real-time resolution
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Must have excellent decision and communication skills and be able to engage callers at the customer, colleague, and vendor level
- Must thrive in fast-paced, multiple priority environment and have ability to maintain a calm and supportive demeanor under stress
- Experience with the aviation industry, specifically FBOs and private aviation.
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with sourcing and utilizing database software.
- Experience with commercial travel and booking sites or software.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of the necessary training and certification requirements of corporate pilots
- Experience working within a team and office environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, administrative skills and be able to work in a team environment.

Education/Experience
- H.S. Diploma or GED Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required; airline or aviation experience
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
