THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Director of Sales and Operations will lead the profitable growth of the stores within the strategic directions and tasks provided by the Vice President & General Manager.
You will will lead a team of 10-12 Store Managers, some located in the Anchorage area and others in beautiful areas of rural Alaska.
You will have overall Sales, Margin and P&L accountability.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Several years of Multi-Unit Grocery Leadership with an aptitude for self-motivation and adapting to new environments.
Travel throughout rural Alaska up to 50% of the year, sometimes in extreme weather conditions.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of rural Alaska is a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Base salary $130,000 based on experience, 30% bonus.
