Experienced Homeowner Association Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HOA Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of homeowner associations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of community management practices, and the ability to foster positive relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA board members and residents
• Manage daily operations of assigned communities, including inspections, compliance enforcement, and vendor oversight
• Prepare and attend Board meetings; draft agendas and meeting minutes
• Assist with budget preparation and financial oversight in coordination with accounting
• Coordinate maintenance and repair projects with vendors and contractors
• Ensure community compliance with governing documents and applicable laws
• Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain organized records and documentation for each property
• Monitor and support the enforcement of architectural guidelines
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications:

• 1 years of direct experience in HOA or community association management
• Strong understanding of CC&Rs, bylaws, and state HOA laws (Colorado experience preferred, if applicable)
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA software preferred
• CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
