Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HOA Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of homeowner associations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of community management practices, and the ability to foster positive relationships with board members, homeowners, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA board members and residents
- Manage daily operations of assigned communities, including inspections, compliance enforcement, and vendor oversight
- Prepare and attend Board meetings; draft agendas and meeting minutes
- Assist with budget preparation and financial oversight in coordination with accounting
- Coordinate maintenance and repair projects with vendors and contractors
- Ensure community compliance with governing documents and applicable laws
- Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain organized records and documentation for each property

Qualifications:
- 1 years of direct experience in HOA or community association management
- Strong understanding of CC&Rs, bylaws, and state HOA laws (Colorado experience preferred, if applicable)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA software preferred
- CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
