What are the responsibilities and job description for the NetSuite Developer position at Executive Operations, LLC?
We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions that support business operations. This role requires strong hands-on experience with NetSuite development, integrations, and workflows, along with the ability to collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
⚠️ This role requires on-site presence in Lansing, MI two days per week and is open only to candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite scripts, workflows, and SuiteApps
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs (SuiteTalk)
- Configure and support NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, and Inventory
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve NetSuite system issues
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing system optimization
- 4 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk
- Experience with custom records, SuiteBuilder, and advanced workflows
- Solid understanding of NetSuite integrations and API development
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with ERP best practices and cloud-based systems
- Experience with DevOps practices and automated deployments is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to commute to Lansing, MI at least 2 days per week
