Sales Associate
Starting Salary: $18.00 commission
EPC (Executive Personal Computers) is a global leader in the IT asset disposition service looking for a Sales Associate for our St. Charles, MO location. We offer managed logistics, data security, responsible electronic recycling, and remarketing. We offer a comprehensive hands-on training program to develop qualified candidates. Brief Summary of Duties:
- Assist walk-in customers in finding the correct computer for their needs
- Process in person customer orders according to established department policies and procedures
- Help to maintain a neat and orderly retail showroom
- Restock new and used items as needed
- Work with inventory team to identify pricing irregularities
- Work occasional Saturdays (9am – 2pm)
- Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or
move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Other duties as assigned by department
Experience and/or Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Inventory knowledge: locating product for customers, creating sales lists, and checking pricing
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft office with an emphasis on excel and outlook
- General knowledge of the IT industry and consumer sales process
- Customer service experience
Experience and/or Education Preferred:
- Everest knowledge: creating sales orders, invoices, and credit memos
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
- IT technical background
- Retail sales experience

- Be a self-starter and be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Is organized, outgoing, energetic, able to multi-task and be able to prioritize workflow
- Must always conduct self in a professional manner with customers
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Be a creative thinker to overcome customer rejections
