Exencial Wealth Advisors is a Registered Investment Advisor and a high growth company in the Wealth Management space. Exencial offers a full suite of financial services to clients including portfolio management and financial, estate, and tax planning. Position Role: As a member of Exencial Wealth Advisors’ Investment Team, the Investment Team Operations Associate role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to work in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and provide deliverables to the investment team and others. The Investment Team at Exencial Wealth Advisors is responsible for the managing of portfolios and strategies for clients as well as providing analysis and materials to advisors and clients.
YOUR ROLE:
- Assist the Investment Team in addressing reporting questions, data gathering, investment analysis, etc.
- Use software to input data and generate an analysis of portfolios and investments for new and existing clients.
- Act as intermediary between investment team and other departments – compliance, marketing, advisors.
- Perform investment team operational functions such as:
- Security classification
- 401(k)/pension/client reporting
- Creating, updating, and maintaining investment team calculators & excel tools
- Executing share class exchanges
- Performance reporting & data gathering on internal investment strategies
- Compliance/investment reviews for retirement account rollovers.
- Assist in internal studies/research on investment and economic topics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in Excel spreadsheets is required
- Ability to communicate well, complete recurring monthly and quarterly projects required
- Ability to work out of one of our office locations (Oklahoma City, Dallas, San Antonio, Charlotte, or Old Lyme CT) is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
- Familiarity with software such as Salesforce, Tamarac, and Morningstar is a plus
- An understanding of investment planning and/or study in relevant fields is preferred
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
