Exodus Capital is a young, developing real estate brokerage founded by Haley Hasho in 2022. The company has been responsible on executing on nearly $100M of real estate transactions across New York City within the last 24 months.
We specialize in mid-market, multifamily & mixed-use assets among the boroughs with the plan to diversify among the tristate area (Upper Westchester, NJ & Connecticut).
- We are looking to hire 3 Fall Associates
- 100% COMMISSION BASED ROLE
- Seeking candidates with high emotional intelligence, grit, intuition & long term mindset
- College education not needed
- Real estate experience not needed

Description:
- Underwriting current and potential deal flow - familiarity in excel needed
- Prospecting new business opportunities with multifamily operators
- Develop in depth understanding of market-wide trends
- Ability to track weekly comps, recent sales and data
- Conduct weekly tours on firm-wide inventory
- Handle diligence maintenance for current deal flow
- Preferably in process of getting NYS real estate license, but not required initially *
