Exodus Recovery, Inc (Exodus) is looking to hire full timeand per diem Intake Coordinators for nights for our program located in OC CSU program located in Orange, CA.
Job Summary:
Oversees intake/admission process to Eastside and Westside Urgent Care Centers. Provides initial contact for the Urgent Care Centers for community providers to include (not all inclusive) hospital emergency departments, PMRT and Smart Teams, Law Enforcements (excepting LAPD), Mental Health Clinics, DCFS and patients and family. Verifies medical clearance criteria is met.
Requirements:
- Mental Health/Chemical Dependency Experience
- Three (3) years intake experience in mental health setting
- Prior experience in case management and customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, Per diem
