Exodus Recovery is looking to hire one (1) full-time Mental Health Clinician for their HSS Program located in Fresno, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mental Health Clinician shall facilitate mental health services, comprehensive case management and care coordination services for clients in Exodus contracted programs. The Mental Health Clinician works in conjunction and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) years clinical experience in the mental health field with a minimum of one-year direct client care experience working with complex clients with SMI who may have multiple conditions and be high utilizers of the health system. Experience working with SUD (substance use disorders) and utilization of motivational interviewing techniques. Required experience with clinical EHR and DHS clinical documentation platform(s).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of assessment and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.
- Valid CA driver's license and good driving record is required.
Education:
- Master’s degree in a mental health related field required
- Associate registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or ability to receive registration upon hire
- Valid CA driver's license and good driving record is required.
- Current Continuing Education for maintenance of registration as applicable.
- Current CPR Certification preferred
Commensurate with experience.

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
