Call Center Representative

Pay: $18.00 per hourJob description: We are looking for a Call Center Representative that can compassionately deliver exceptional customer service. Delivering high quality service along with accurate and professional responses to customer inquiries, while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines. In the end, you’ll know you performed with integrity and delivered the best customer service experience, while building customer rapport. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Advanced customer service skills – and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time* Phone etiquette (Strong Interpersonal Skills)* Familiarity with Microsoft Office* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Strong listening/comprehension skills* Ability to stay composed and objective* Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude Minimum Education and Experience:* High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred* Customer service experience a plus* Phone-related customer service a major plus* Bilingual not required but a plus Training Schedule: 5 Days, Mon-Fri from 9am – 3pm.This Company Describes Its Culture as:
