Expanse FT is a fast growing, multi-million-dollar financial services firm in New Hyde Park, Nassau County near the Queens border. We are looking for Full-time, Part-time and Supervisor Customer Service Representatives to work in our Call Center. Various shifts are available!
Expanse FT offers our Customer Service Representatives:

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for:
- Assisting our customers over the telephone with any basic questions or issues regarding their accounts
- Fielding incoming calls from our network of agent locations across the country
This is NOT a lending or credit repair company. This is not a sales position, customer service only.
Please be:
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Upbeat and energetic work ethic
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Flexible schedule available
- Ability to learn, and work within our multiple computer systems
