The Payment Processing Specialist is responsible for processing various currency payment instructions, both manual (fax) and automated (SWIFT, BBH Worldview), ensuring adherence to firm policies and deadlines.
Responsibilities : The specialist must work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented.
Requirements :
- A degree in finance or business is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Knowledge of USD and Foreign Currency Payment Processing, Keystone, and Rightfax is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required
Work schedule is hybrid with 1-3 days in the office, and the position is a 6-month contract with potential for temp-to-perm. BBH provides a laptop, but the consultant needs to supply an external monitor, with optional mouse and keyboard.
Pay Rate : $26.00 / hour
