Global Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview

As a logistics professional in the Transcon Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information while providing exceptional customer service. You will be part of a collaborative team working together to support our global network and deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficiently move cargo while minimizing costs and meeting deadlines.
• Consolidate and route shipments based on profitability and customer expectations.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries of location shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.
• Monitor active shipments for key milestones and follow up as needed.
• Use departmental tools to execute daily responsibilities and improve operational efficiency.
• Achieve accurate and timely customer and service provider billing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, service providers, and internal departments.
• Adhere to regulations and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in computer skills and software applications.
